I have been very pleased with
ShortSalePackage.com. I
have wanted to do short sales for over a year, but the cost of hiring a company
to negotiate for me was too high and my inexperience in dealing with mortgage
companies would have simply cost us too much in lost deals and less-than-ideal
discounts. Plus, I simply don't have the time and patience for it.
